The translation process covers the following steps:

  • Document management(assignment of a Project Manager to monitor the entire process);
  • Securing electronic storage and retrieval of all documents;
  • Reception and delivery of all files according to formatting requirements;
  • Implementation of CAT tools to ensure consistency (Computer-assisted translation is a form of translation wherein a human translator translates texts using computer software designed to support and facilitate the translation process. We use the following CAT tools: TRADOS, Wordfast; Dèja Vu;
  • Proofreading and copy editing
  • Quality check by an expert in the field;
  • Development of field-specific glossaries
  • Development of translation memories (glossaries and memories enable consistency in terminology).
