We have used services of Congress Service Centre on the online platform Interprefy and KUDO for video
teleconferencing with simultaneous interpretation, multilingual Digital Stage Managers, and IT support. The

Congress Service Center has implemented 9 regional residential training activities (for 362 WB and EU
participants), 6 national training courses (for 157 law enforcement and judicial participants from
beneficiary jurisdictions), 127 participants attended webinars complimentary to the national courses
and 160 participants took part in the exchange programme (including participation in regular CEPOL
residential training courses).
These achievements would have not been possible without CSC appreciated expertise, contribution and

I wish to confirm that the Congress Service Center was contracted by UNHCR to organize a high level Regional conference titled “Enhanced collaboration within Western Balkans in providing international protection and respecting the human rights of refugees”, held in Ohrid, 28 – 31 October 2019.
The provision of full event management services, including effective communication with UNHCR and the participants arriving in Ohrid from Skopje, Tirana, Belgrade, Pristina, Sarajevo and Podgorica both by air and by road, was done professionally and timely.
On the first occasion, the Congress Service Center provided overall very high – quality services. We would definitely consider engaging them in the future for the organization and management of similar high – level events.
